For an ordinary Seasons incident, use the website report form under My Account > Past Races or Seasons > My Sessions. The official FAQ states a four-hour cooldown from session-end and a reporting deadline of 48 hours after session-start, or 72 hours for LFM Patrons. Check the rules for a dedicated event.
Prepare the evidence for your simulator
Use one clearly identified incident per report and one purpose-made video link. The guidelines allow multiple incidents in a video if it is clear which incident is being reported, and may allow a behaviour-related sequence to demonstrate severity. These exceptions are assessed by the stewards.
Videos must play in a browser without login. Do not use stream VODs/clips, monetised or advertising videos, or original replay files. Keep the evidence available for at least 14 days after processing.
The usual maximum is three minutes at original speed. For blue-flag reports, show the whole relevant lap: the guidelines permit increased replay speed and a longer video while keeping it short.
- AC: both far chase and cockpit views, visible moving steering wheel, accelerator/brake HUD throughout, standings/driver identification; check the AC-specific app instructions.
- ACC: both far chase views, accelerator/brake HUD throughout and standings. Add cockpit views with visible wheel when intent or steering inputs matter.
- LMU: both far chase and cockpit views, moving visible wheel, accelerator/brake HUD throughout and visible standings; add passenger view if needed to show the wheel.
- AMS2, RaceRoom and iRacing: both chase and cockpit views with visible wheel and standings. Use each guide rather than assuming the AC pedal-HUD requirement applies to every game.
If you were a directly affected third car, include your own view and both initially involved drivers. Give a short objective description. For chat reports, provide image links on a reputable image host; separate multiple links with commas. A video scrolling through chat text is not accepted.
Special event routes
Check the event rules before reporting. In LMU Pro Split1, contact incidents are reviewed live; new ordinary post-race reports are for non-contact incidents. A support request about an existing live penalty is a separate process.
