If both drivers have participated in the same race, it should first be checked whether a report can still be submitted for this race.
If this is the case, the insult can be reported that way. In the report window, select Lap 0, Turn 0 and the report reason "Offending others in chat/ Insulting". Instead of a report video, a screenshot of the chat must be uploaded (e.g. here: https://imgbb.com/) and linked. If the insult is in a language other than English or German, the corresponding text must also be copied into the report message.
If it is no longer possible to create a report, the insult can be reported to us via a support ticket on our discord server.
