If there are enough registered participants per session, the field of drivers will be divided into several "splits" based on their Elo rating. This ensures that the majority of the drivers per split have similar race pace, which brings the field closer together and guarantees exciting races.
In our GT3 Rookie series, the SR is additionally used for matchmaking, as safe driving should be the main focus in these series in particular.
